Welcome to the Skills for Life Network E-News Update

We have a couple of items of particular interest to ESOL colleagues in this edition of the Update. You'll see that the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) has published the document 'A New Approach to English for Speakers of Other Languages' in response to last year's consultation. Also, if you're looking for new resources to use with your learners, do take a look at the ESOL UK website.

More on resources: there are new practice tests on the Move On website, and a new version of the Basic Skills Agency Readability leaflet is now available.

Happy surfing!
